Why

Punta Mercedes?

    Our family comes from the city of Mercedes in Corrientes, Argentina. It is surrounded by meadows with green grass and abundant water sources throughout the entire year, essential for raising high quality cattle and lambs. Likewise, firewood is an indispensable element because with it special dishes were cooked slowly and enjoyed in the family.

   Therefore, 'Punta' makes reference to the change in the gastronomic offer that would take place in Punta de Mita since 2016 and 'Mercedes' to the family side and traditional Argentinian elements.
